The Crazy Graph
Every company we've analyzed, plotted by how much privacy you keep vs how many rights you have. Green is good. Red is bad.
They take your data and your rights
You keep your rights but they take your data and content
You keep your data but they limit your rights

How we score this
Up and to the right is better. Each company's position is based on the clauses we flagged in their Terms of Service.
X-axis (Your Rights): Can you delete your account? Can you sue them? Can you get a refund? We look at termination, arbitration, liability, and payment clauses. More alarming clauses = further left.
Y-axis (Your Data & Content): What happens to your stuff? Can they license your content forever? Use it to train AI? Share it with third parties? We look at content licenses, data collection, AI training, and third-party sharing clauses. More alarming clauses = further down.
Weighted scoring: Each axis uses a 60/40 blend of the average clause severity and the single worst clause. This means one truly alarming clause pulls the score down - it can't be hidden by a bunch of moderate ones. If no clauses were flagged in a category, the company gets a perfect score there.
