“By opting in or otherwise consenting to receive these promotional text messages, you acknowledge and agree that they may be delivered at any time and outside of standard "quiet hours" or restricted communication periods that might apply in your local jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.”

“You can withdraw your consent or opt-out of receiving promotional text messages at any time by turning them off in your account settings directly within the App. You may also opt-out by replying "STOP" to any text message received.”
