“Funds remaining in an account that has not completed payout setup, or withdrawal within a reasonable period, may be held, restricted, returned to supporters where feasible, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable financial regulations and unclaimed property laws.”

“You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the Services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.”
