Raycast
Raycast grants itself perpetual, irrevocable rights to your content and can use it to train AI models through third parties. They can terminate your account for any reason with no refunds, and force arbitration while disclaiming liability for AI-generated content accuracy.
Raycast added rules around AI features that can now take actions on your computer or in connected apps automatically, like deleting files or changing settings. If you turn on modes that skip confirmation prompts, Raycast says it's not responsible for what the AI does. Also, the full list of AI providers is no longer in the TOS itself — you'd need to check a separate page to see who they are.
